Chacha is not a deceased person, whose name we are poking fun at; Chacha isn't a politician; and Chacha certainly ain't one of those people that we love to hate.
Infact, Chacha isn't a person at all. Chacha is a concept.
A concept of a person that lives inside us. The part which makes us do crazy things and make us look stupid at times. It may be a cause of embarrassment for some but this fact can not be denied that if we look within ourselves, we'll see that it is the part of us that, infact, brings joy to our life.
It is the part of us that makes us face our insecurities. It gives us the strength to be able to laugh at ourselves instead of making fun of others.
Therefore, Chacha in the manifestation of a person is widely loved for the fact that he makes people laugh - one way or the another ;)
Either he's cracking the jokes or he's the joke.
A man was in his front yard mowing grass when his neighbor Chacha came out of the house and went straight to the mailbox. He opened it then slammed it shut and stormed back into the house. A little later he came out of his house again, went to the mailbox and again opened it, and slammed it shut again. Angrily, back into the house she went.
As the man was getting ready to edge the lawn, he came out again, marched to the mailbox, opened it and then slammed it closed harder than ever.
Puzzled by his actions the man asked her, “Is something wrong?”
To which he replied, “There certainly is!”
My stupid computer keeps saying, “You’ve got mail!”
