Chacha is not a deceased person, whose name we are poking fun at; Chacha isn't a politician; and Chacha certainly ain't one of those people that we love to hate.
Infact, Chacha isn't a person at all. Chacha is a concept.
A concept of a person that lives inside us. The part which makes us do crazy things and make us look stupid at times. It may be a cause of embarrassment for some but this fact can not be denied that if we look within ourselves, we'll see that it is the part of us that, infact, brings joy to our life.
It is the part of us that makes us face our insecurities. It gives us the strength to be able to laugh at ourselves instead of making fun of others.
Therefore, Chacha in the manifestation of a person is widely loved for the fact that he makes people laugh - one way or the another ;)
Either he's cracking the jokes or he's the joke.
When Chacha was in Nursery,
His Miss asked him to count from '1 to 10' and in order to motivate him she said that She'll give him a kiss if he is successful.
Chacha thought for a long while and replied...
If I count from '1 to 1000', Toh Phir Kya Package Hoga? :D
