Chacha is not a deceased person, whose name we are poking fun at; Chacha isn't a politician; and Chacha certainly ain't one of those people that we love to hate.

Infact, Chacha isn't a person at all. Chacha is a concept.

A concept of a person that lives inside us. The part which makes us do crazy things and make us look stupid at times. It may be a cause of embarrassment for some but this fact can not be denied that if we look within ourselves, we'll see that it is the part of us that, infact, brings joy to our life.
It is the part of us that makes us face our insecurities. It gives us the strength to be able to laugh at ourselves instead of making fun of others.

Therefore, Chacha in the manifestation of a person is widely loved for the fact that he makes people laugh - one way or the another ;)

Either he's cracking the jokes or he's the joke.

When Chacha got sick of his jokes

Chacha decides one day that he is sick and tired of all
these chacha jokes and how all chacha is perceived as stupid,
so he decides to show chachi that he really is
smart. While his chachi is off at work *entertaining people’, he decides that he is
going to paint a couple of rooms in the house.

The next day, right after chachi leaves for work, he gets
down to the task at hand. Chachi arrives home at
5:30 and
smells the distinctive smell of paint. She walks into the living
room and finds her husband lying on the floor in a pool of sweat.
She notices that he is wearing a ski jacket and a fur coat at
the same time.

She goes over and asks him if he is OK. He replies yes. She asks
what he is doing. He replies that he wanted to prove to her
that chacha aint dumb and he wanted to do it by
painting the house. She then asks her why he has a ski jacket
over her fur coat. He replies that he was reading the
directions on the paint can and they said....
FOR BEST RESULTS, PUT ON TWO COATS
